Abstract Guidelines

Submission of abstracts is open now and closes on 31 August 2024. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. Acknowledgement mail will be sent within a week of receiving the abstract. Acceptance of abstract as Oral Presentation or e Poster will be notified by 10 September 2024.
(Note: Acceptance of abstracts is subject to approval by the jury. The decision of the jury is final.)

Guidelines for abstract submission

Each author can present multiple abstracts.
Abstracts submitted should preferably be original research work
Abstracts already published or presented at previous conferences should not be submitted.

Abstracts are invited on one of the following themes/subjects:
1. Abdominal/pelvis/ small parts/ breast/vascular ultrasound/ MSK/ ultrasound interventions/ ultrasound elastography/ contrast enhanced ultrasound.
2. Fetal ultrasound and or fetal interventions.

Abstracts to be submitted in the following format.

Instructions:

Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parenthesis and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text. Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract. The presenting author should ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference.

Registration:
Registration of the presenting author for the conference is mandatory.

Certificates:
Certificate will only be provided to the presenting author.
Presenting author needs to be physically present at the conference
Certificates will not be handed over to any representative.
