Guidelines for abstract submission.

Abstracts to be submitted in the following format.

Instructions:
Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parenthesis  and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.  
The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.

Registration:
Registration for the conference is mandatory.

Certificates:
Certificate will only be provided to the presenting author.
Presenting author needs to be physically present at the conference
Certificates will not be handed over to any representative.

Oral Papers Presentation

Session/Timings:
Oral papers will be presented at the conference on xxx September 2024, xxx - xxx (8 minutes presentation plus 2 minutes Q&A).

Guidelines for Presentation:
Presentation should be made in PPT 16:9 horizontal format.
Your presentation has to be submitted via email on sc@uscon2024.com by 15th September 2024.

ePoster Presentation

Session/Timings:
Timed presentation of your ePoster is not needed.
ePosters will be displayed during the conference from the 20th September 2024 to 22nd September 2024 on LED TVs.

Guidelines for Presentation:
File format should be PDF in 16:9 orientation in horizontal format (Prepare the ePoster in PPT 16:9 horizontal format and then save as PDF)
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB
1 page per ePoster only
Font size of the text should be at least 14 point
The font chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g. Helvetica/Times New Roman)
When using light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue) we suggest using dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green)
When using dark backgrounds (blue, purple) we suggest using light fonts (white, yellow, cyan)
Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds as they are colours that are difficult to read
Illustrations/images/photographs used in the ePoster should be enlarged enough to show relevant details
